West Ham supporters can now preview seats in a fully immersive three-dimensional 360-degree life-like view at the London Stadium thanks to Ticketmaster launching Virtual Venue for the club.

The Hammers will be able to compare seats from different sections of the stadium and check the real-time availability whether they’re on a mobile, tablet, laptop or desktop. Most importantly, each fan can now see for themselves what each viewpoint is from every part of the stadium, something which had never previously been possible.

“We are delighted to launch our Virtual Venue system in partnership with Ticketmaster. Through this new, groundbreaking digital technology, we are able to provide our supporters with an opportunity to compare the view and price from their seat, before purchasing their tickets.

We have already started utilising this service and have received overwhelmingly positive feedback from our supporters, especially for minors and those with accessibility requirements. The process is time efficient, interactive and ultimately, ensures supporter satisfaction with their purchase.

We are now looking forward to introducing this service ahead of our UEFA Europa League game against FK TSC Bačka Topola and Premier League fixture against Newcastle United.”

Nicola Keye, Director of Ticketing & Executive Director of West Ham Women, West Ham United F.C.

“Working closely with the team at West Ham to bring this to life has been an exciting journey of cooperation and development to ensure the Hammers get nothing but the best possible ticketing technology available.”

Chris Gratton, Managing Director of Ticketmaster Sport UK

Virtual Venue has enabled clients up and down the country to offer their fans an enhanced ticket-buying experience, and is part of Ticketmaster’s commitment to innovation in the ticketing technology space.
