Our in-house user experience team have been working hard over the last 6 months to look at ways to help fans to navigate and purchase tickets, particularly on mobile devices. The outcome of their extensive research includes some exciting new features which all have one common goal – to transform the fan experience.

The improved checkout and purchase flow plus the interactive seating plan on the newly designed Ticketmaster Pro can now be accessed on any device and within the site there are clearer calls to action for fans all helping to increase conversion.

What’s more, these new features also give fans the ability to manage their tickets and account on the go.
