We’re very excited to announce that our new product, TM1 Support Community for Ticketmaster Sport, is now live and available via TM1 using your login details as normal.

TM1 Support Community is designed to be your exhaustive resource within the Ticketmaster Sport platform and replaces Client Hub which many of you will have noticed has now been deprecated.

It will provide you with more tools to be self-sufficient and independent as you progress in your daily tasks and will be your primary starting point for all your support and educational requirements.

If you’re looking to get in touch with the Service Desk, the Help and Support section will be where you can go to raise a ticket directly if you can’t find the answer in TM1 Support Community. In there you’ll be able to log new cases, see your current ones and review our ever-expanding knowledge base articles.

In the Product Education section you’ll be able to access training materials which detail all configuration and functionality requirements.  Ticketmaster’s release notes are also made available there. This is designed to supplement the initial training delivered by the team both through onboarding and new product/functionality releases.
