With a passionate fanbase, the club has moved to digital ticketing to give supporters the best possible experience. Most matchday-related enquiries can now occur online, which helps avoid queues at the ticket office at Fir Park. With the suite of digital ticketing solutions, Reid has highlighted the “reduced costs on print” and improved customer service as two benefits of partnering with Ticketmaster Sport.

Motherwell is utilising Ticketmaster’s real-time data analytics “to see peak times when fans arrive at the stadium”, which the matchday operations staff use to manage queues and entry points, contributing to an improved fan experience at Fir Park. With the Steelmen competing in three competitions, including the League Cup and Scottish Cup, supporters appreciate the ability to add new competitions onto an existing season ticket.
