Bristol Rovers FC have announced a partnership with leading sports ticketing technology provider Ticketmaster Sport.

In a move designed to strengthen the club’s technology offering and to provide fans with the best fan experience possible, Bristol Rovers FC have appointed market-leading ticketing technology solutions provider Ticketmaster Sport as a new ticketing partner from 2021 onwards.

With the anticipated return of supporters to the Memorial Stadium, Bristol Rovers FC conducted a review of the key services to help improve the match day experience. Integral to this process was a review of the current ticketing service and after a competitive process, the Club selected Ticketmaster Sport as their preferred provider.

The decision was primarily based on Ticketmaster Sport’s ability to deliver a fully managed solution, providing a resilient platform to deliver first-class ticketing technology and innovation.

The new solution from Ticketmaster Sport will provide supporters with a completely seamless experience from purchase to attendance. Supporters will be able to purchase, receive, transfer, sell and upgrade tickets via their mobile devices for home games while Ticketmaster Sport will provide full management of away game tickets. In addition, those fans requiring accessible seating can now purchase their tickets fully online.

Throughout a challenging year for sport as a whole, it’s a partnership that puts fans first, giving the Club the best technology to ensure fans feel safe at the Memorial Stadium, whilst ensuring their match day experience feels as normal as possible.
