By integrating seamlessly with Ticketmaster’s online platforms, Preoday allows fans to order their food, drink and merchandise online via the Ticketmaster website or app, thereby avoiding lengthy queues at sports venues.

 

Ticketmaster’s partnership with Preoday will deliver invaluable customer insights to venues with detailed consumer analytics. From this, venues can target exactly what will provide customers with a better event experience and provide a superior service to fans.
