Adam manages Ticketmaster’s global sports business spanning 28 countries and oversees ticketing, sales, acquisitions, operations, marketing, technology, fulfilment and client services.

With almost 20 years in the sports ticketing industry, Adam has worked with many of the world’s greatest sports clubs, organisations and tournaments including 2017 IAAF World Athletics Championships, 2015 Rugby World Cup, 2014 Commonwealth Games, London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games, Euro 2012, Wimbledon and NFL UK.

Ian Sanders
Director

As Director of Ticketmaster Sport, Ian is responsible for the day to day management of the UK Sports ticketing business including finance, operations, marketing, business development, partnerships, and client relationships.

Ian has worked within the ticketing business for more than 30 years across a variety of functions including box office, operations, call centre, sales, client account management and as an independent ticketing consultant.

Stefanos Kakarantzas
Chief Operating Officer

Stefanos provides client relationship, operational management and business development for all areas of the business, including management of the technology team that delivers major global tournaments.

Having worked in ticketing since 2001 Stefanos has numerous career highlights including Director of ticketing for Athens 2004 Olympic & Paralympic Games and founded Tickethour a company that was acquired by Ticketmaster in 2016.

Richard Evans
Director of Tournaments

In his role, Richard is responsible for developing and supporting the Ticketmaster Sport Tournaments business which includes the acquisition, planning, development and delivery of many high profile global tournaments.

Most notable career highlights include London 2017, Rugby World Cup 2015, London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, ICC World T20 2009, Rugby League World Cup 2013, The Commonwealth Games 2002 and Glasgow 2014.

Chris Belt
Business Development Director

As Business Development Director, Chris is responsible for new business and opportunities that help expand the Ticketmaster Sport client base.

Spanning multiple decades, Chris has a rich and varied career in sports ticketing having held senior posts at Arsenal FC, Wembley Stadium, Chelsea FC and Tottenham Hotspur FC. In addition to single ticketing projects including The Stella Artois tennis tournament, Arsenal's Champions League campaigns at Wembley Stadium and the PGA Ryder Cup.

Laura Johnson
Director of Sales & Marketing

Laura leads the B2B Sales and Marketing strategy and works across both UK and International markets to promote the Ticketmaster Sport brand and service offering to key clients and prospects.

With over 10 years’ experience in numerous ticketing and live entertainment retail marketing roles, Laura has a wealth of B2B & B2C marketing experience including brand strategy, content marketing, cross-channel advertising & planning, CRM, social media and event management.

Rob Holland
Senior Operations Manager

Rob is responsible for managing the team of client account managers, client support, membership services and training for Ticketmaster Sport.

Rob has over 25 years' ticketing experience and has worked at multiple venues and ticket agencies before joining Ticketmaster in 2011. Rob was a key member of the teams that opened the Manchester Arena in 1995 and provided ticket services for London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games.

Michael Ashley
Services Manager

Michael oversees the delivery and quality of client services which includes fully outsourced membership schemes, season card/membership card printing and fulfillment, direct debit schemes and customer services for core clients and standalone events.

With over 15 years’ experience in ticketing and contact centre operations, Michael has a wealth of specialist knowledge across multiple functions and has assisted in the delivery of the Champions League finals at Wembley, London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games, Glasgow 2014 and the ICC World T20.

Dimitrios Petropoulos
Business Development Manager

Dimitrios is responsible for the expansion of Ticketmaster Sport products and technology across International markets and the tournaments industry.

Dimitrios has worked with many leading International sports bodies and organisations including Belgian Proleague, Baku 2015 1st European Games, 2015 World Cup Handball, AFC U23, AC Millan vs Juventus and FC Barcelona - Al Ahli.
