Over the past 5 or so years, Ticketmaster’s sports division, previously Ticketmaster Systems, has evolved in line with what our clients need and demand from us. Whereas historically we were a systems and technology provider, we have responded with incredible agility to evolve into a full service organisation, under our new brand, Ticketmaster Sport.

As ticketing and the sport business evolves, many of our clients need us to be a true business partner to them, and need us to help increase their distribution and engagement with existing and potential fans, as well as delivering operational services and solutions which wrap around our industry-leading technology.

These services include everything from full outsourcing of entire ticketing operations, under a white label, which we do for some clients, through to management of membership schemes, call centre services, customer service fulfilment and more.  We also work with other leaders in the sports industry to deliver solutions in retail and CRM, through our partners Retail Sports Systems and Sports Alliance.

In the 1980s we started out as a systems and technology provider but the business has changed and we provide many extra services beyond systems and technology.

Our new brand, Ticketmaster Sport reflects our evolution.
