Our charity bike ride is over three days, from Thursday 6 to Saturday 9 September, and the team will cover just over 110km per day (70 miles).

Starting at Pentonville Road they will rest the first night in Banbury, the second night in Rugeley and then progress to Manchester, via Stoke, on the Saturday.

All the team taking part have vowed to undergo a pretty strict training programme to ensure there are no casualties on the way; we also have a team of TM staff supporting us with baggage moves, refreshments and first aid.

So, why are we doing this?

Asking the team, the general consensus is “because we can”, but there is the added incentive that by being able, we can also raise money for three great charities:

We have started a Just Giving Page at https://www.justgiving.com/teams/AngelstoManchester for the charities and you can also meet the team there. Please visit the page, make fun of the lycra shorts on the guys and donate a couple of bob to these worthwhile causes.
